Hotel directions were 100% and easy to get to from the airport by catching train direct to city center and then a short tram to within 100m of the hotel. Our flight was delayed and we only got to the hotel just before midnight, but we were assured by reception that (although on the site it stated that reception was only available until 23h00) reception was open 24hrs even out of season. It was dark and raining when we arrived, but it was a short walk from the tram stop to the front door and we were welcomed into an inviting and cosy hotel which smelled fresh and clean with constant fragrance coming from a humidifier in the reception area. The room was small but comfortable and very clean and the mini coffee station and mini fridge with free water and cool drinks and mini kit kats were a pleasant surprise. The next morning we discovered a very nice pastry and coffee shop just down the road!

Location: Excellent central location! 20-25 minute tram ride from Central station but very close to one of the stops. 10 minute walk from the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum area. Close to Pijp area! Lots of great restaurants and bakeries near by. Staff: Incredibly friendly and helpful. Gave great recs and advice. Additionally, let us leave our bags there before check-in and even took them up to our room when our room was ready! Room: HAD AN ACTUAL KING BED! Not just 2 twins pushed together. A little small and cramped but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Free wifi. Good A/C unit. Amenities: Free coffee and tea after 12, which was a nice touch! We did not utilize the breakfast buffet- it was $17 per person and consisted of breads, eggs, and coffee/tea that felt a little expensive.

Room was smaller than we anticipated but was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Shower was small so I think you would struggle if you are a bit on the large side! Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold, plenty of everything. Coffee machine a bit slow! Staff very helpful and continually topping everything up. You could help yourself to teas and coffee whenever you like and take them to your room. Hotel in very good quiet location for the museums bit of a walk to the centre of town but an interesting walk and all flat. Very good patisseries and restaurants very close by as well as a great supermarket.

The Muse dedicates themselves to having their guests feel like home. The mini bar in the room and the tea/coffee stations on the ground floor are all signs of warm welcomes. The room is beautiful, designed to have guests find things easy as if they are familiar with the place. The staff delightfully helped me with early check-in and a room with a bathtub. The resident cat has its unique presence.  Small and cozy at a great location, walking distance to museums and direct team to train station. Could not have expected more.

The hotel has a convenient location—not right in the tourist center, but also not far from it, in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need: a hairdryer, a minibar (with water and soft drinks), a desk, and a capsule coffee machine with a replenished supply of capsules. The room is cleaned daily, always neat and tidy. The hotel also has a garden where you can sit, have breakfast, or enjoy a coffee. Additionally, it is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport by bus 397.
